12:45 I think what you're talking about is the way the "camera" angle is. It's very cinematic, even though there are no cameras. It was drawn as if there were cinematic camera shots much more akin to a live-action movie. Since one of the running themes of the series is "perspective", it can be hard to put yourself in the perspective of a camera that doesn't exist. It's really amazing when you think about the artists drawing characters and settings from other angles in the way a movie would be made. The shot in question was Fern departing but abruptly stopping to overhear a conversation. It's magnified by the still camera frame and the focus of the side of her head she's listening from as well as the side-eye. It's movie magic!

The inconsistency between switching continuosly from the Fight to the Flashback is an Anime-only, the Manga is like 100+ Pages Flashback in a row without ever switching to the fight. Sadly (as they often do) they try to drag it out with the Anime.

These episodes are made to leave the viewers in the dark. They want us to question everything around why itachi did it. We’re supposed to be in the dark as much as sasuke is.

You may never be a fan of Sasuke but don't worry about Itachi, he is one of the best characters in Naruto and anime history. You must be very patient until you know his entire history

You will get all the answers in Shippuden. OG Naruto is just an introduction to the real story and for me it was childish and kinda boring. But when I watched Shippuden it became my favourite anime of all time ( and I watched things like AOT) . Unfortunately, OG is just an important introduction for Shippuden, without it you wouldn't understand it and you come to appreciate it later on when the story is more developed.

Most anime intros are written as pop songs and attached to the anime by the music company that is a member of the production committee. They give the anime its background music tracks for either free or a drastically reduced price, and in return are able to stick a pop song by one of their artists as the opening credits and closing credits. And if the show takes off (like Demon Slayer did a few years back), it can make the artist blow up big and the put the song on the best-seller lists for weeks. That's how it usually goes. That said, Bocchi the Rock isn't like that. All of the songs but the ending song for episode 12 were written specifically for the show by mostly female singer-songwriters, and they were all vetted to make sure they sound like rock songs that a band of talented high-school-age girls might write in the Shimo-Kitazawa style of rock. And they were all written as if Bocchi was writing the lyrics. Most of them, including the opening, were written from the point of view of a lonely girl. (The music is supposedly by Ryo, so the music might not match the generally downbeat lyrics.) There was an interview with the writer of the music of a song coming up in episode 8, and she said she figured it was an anime song, so she wrote it with a lot of hooks. The producers of Bocchi sent it back to her asking her to rewrite it taking out the hooks because a band of teenage girls wouldn't be quite that sophisticated.
